She's more of an auxiliary support character for ranked, put her with people that require a lot of chakra (and no battle cooldowns for OP teams). In pvp she's useful for light shielding, chakra, and using her mystery to finish off resurrection characters. She has no damaging standard, and she's pretty squishy health and defense wise, her chase is basically a plus one to your combo (minimal damage with KD to KD) and her heal isn't nearly as good as say Tsunade or Jigokudo so nearly no usefulness there either.
