I think everyone knows by now, level = nothing. Matching for this (and sage brackets) should be done only by power. We already know game knows how to read power from highscores cause it does for new team instance.

Maybe if their matching mechanics was something simple as match to your power +-10%, then expand range by 10% more every 30 seconds after initial one minute passed and completely ignore levels and current streak we would have faster/fairer matches.
