yea man I think I got her on my like 4th free spin these things happen some people get it in 1 some people get it in 100 its rng some might not get her at all that's why its best to just wait for ninjas like her to come in events or survival trial so you can just buy them straight up wheel of fortune is gambling and the odds aint on ur side.

I bought konan for $60.. next day, the wheel came out, and I got 80 more of her frags from the free spin.
I threw 2000 ingots at it hoping for getting to 4*, nothing happens. I get another 80 of her frags from the free spin today. Such irony.
