I'm trying to emulate the bug, however, in ranked battle, the summon remains the one I set.
Clear your cache/cookies and refresh. Set your Ranked Battle summon afterward.

Basically what Dym mentioned, As long as you have your summon on one of your set slots, Ranked will use it once you adjust it.
