You go to the website http://naruto.oasgames.com/en/ , then you click on "Gifts" to your right, then you answer the Questions and at the end you get a Code.

Did you do it that way?

You don't need Facebook, you just need to have an Account on the Website and then you can start it.

What browser do you use? Did you try to use a different one? I'm using Chrome and it works fine.
From what i can see it looks like your Browser isn't showing the "Start" *on due maybe a Flash Player/Java problem.
Try changing your Browser and maybe cleaning the Browser cache also to delete old cookies and saved Website scripts.

    Its the Code itself not showing, when you get correct on all the questions.

    I can confirm its not working, but it did before, a few days ago. (also got Chrome)
Yeah you're right, i thought he couldn't press the Start *on but it seems it really doesn't work. Tried it again and don't get a Code at the end or else i would just have send him the other one ._.

The Code didn't gave anything special, some Coins, Food and Seal scroll when i remember it correctly.

That's correct, this Code was for People who claimed it before the Game even went live.
Sadly there are for now no new Codes, there will probably be some Events in the Future that will give some out but for now we don't have any ^^.

Like i already said No, this Code was a special Event for People who were following this Game since before it went Online. But there will be other Events that give Codes out, that i'm sure of it ^^.

This Activation Code event is already over, it was for people who followed the Game even before it went live. People can't get this Code anymore, but there will be other Events that will give out some Codes ^^.

    And this error message appears: Exchange failed, serial number is invalid. I got my code by answering the questions.
This Code doesn't work on the EU server.

Yes it doesn't say it, but the Code was meant for the first NA server and not the EU one.
