Hey

We wouldn't enable "Quick Change" presets during Sage Battlefield, It'll promote counter teams, specifically towards certain streak players.
Sage Battlefield is meant to be an endurance PVP event, one that you'll be punished for switching teams mid-battle. (being attacked)

Outside of Sage Battlefield, there's little usage, considering you can click Ninja and switch out.

but what sage world have that rules, whether not allowed to change the team when the event starts?

It doesn't.

Hence why the player is allowed to change their team during Sage Battlefield, but if a player is caught mid-change, they'll have to face someone without their full team.
