  • im not sure if this 9tails is made on purpose to balance things out and give chances for people to do dmg easier or .. its a bug , people have been giving me different answers , im waiting for the responses too
its not balance, high lv still get rank 1 2 3, so low lv not have chance. im sure if they giving us kyubi b4 update much ppl will happy xd
