I see there is a timer on "Stanima Recovery Time", starting at 2hours and counting down when taking a bath.

Found the answer myself.
- Anyone know what will happen if I leave the bath? Nothing, your stanima recovery rate will go back to normal.

- How many times per day can I reenter?
Unlimited, but you got a total of 2hours bath time per day.

I thought I can just stay in the bath for the whole day :/

So basically with Jonin medal, 1 stamina per 2 minutes, that is 60 stamina replenishment in 2hours.

What does the 10 ingot feature do?
Does it refresh the 2 hour timer? or does it have to do with the buddies system?

I would imagine you would have to have the game open. Although i guess we will find out later today.

I really hope you can go offline while being in Hot springs but it doesnt look like...i wish they would change it, but hey, better than nothing...

Hot spring doesn't work when you exit the game. You probably have to leave your game open if you want to get faster stamina.

If you exit it does not work. It gives you a warning stating it so you have to leave the game open.

When you enter theh hotspring, press F9 for "boss mode" in the miniclient. Nice to do while at work.
