That just means there are a couple instances in chapter one that wasn't 3*. Just go through each chapter and double check to see if you've starred them all completely and then you will be able to collect your missions. This post was last edited by Niji at 2017-1-12 01:50

Hello,
This is probably due to the level restriction. You are lvl 47 now, wait till you get to 48 or higher to unlock the rest of the missions. You will be able to complete the whole chapter then.

Retrace the sub-plot missions.
You must complete the instances with 3 Shurikens to obtain the maximum rewards(Coupons)
