Nope, tried a x10 spin just to check and got 1 seal fragment 4 times and bunch of crap. (Not even a SeaL Scroll) (Wheel of misfortune)

    tho i didn't see it in the patch. But AFAIK, now you only have 10 ninjas but you can revive any ninja regardless as long as you have those revival potions.

    So KEEP BUYING REVIVAL potions when you see in Black market xD
Can only revive like 4 times though

  • Other than the new features available, this is a very disappointing event. the only onew worth looking at is 88 ingots for 1 SS and 2 purification runes, and the keys redeem, pretty decent but even this should be done for free unless any1 is interested in the redeem shop to complete fragments.

    Character plates redeem is just horrible, just normal stuff and deidara, the exchange rate is not that gr8 either.
    1 Example, Kirin need 60 points, 1 key give 3 points and is sold at 10 coupons. 20 keys for 1 kirin frag, 20x10= 200 coupons for a kirin frag. Thus 1 full kirin will cost u 16,000 Ingots/coupons, valued the same as getting a cursed hidan. Nice.*Why do I have the idea that since it is easier to get coupons now, u guys are inflating the rates.*

Kirin has always been 60 points a frag in this event though.

Thats horse *. They give 80 of Minato, Hashi, etc but Sasori gets 5....makes sense....

Okay Guys i know we are all upset for different reason but you remember back in december when we complained and we were heard when we had 2 weeks of terrible events and this is just the same again two weeks of terrible event and we all just get real bored real fast we need to say we arent pleased yes we understand everyweek we wont have good events but when you produce 2 weeks of just terrible events theres no way they dont see the playerbase is just bored of the game when this happens

Crossserver matsuri but no cross server arena? I've never had trouble getting a match in matsuri, but I can wait over an hour without a match in arena, even on just training battle...
