Thank you for the events and the hot springs. ^^ Not particularly happy about Ninja Plates, but can't win them all.

I'm guessing it's just badly worded? But the reason it says you stop at 400 stamina is because it will not recover anymore in the hot springs if you're full.

So even if you only collected 12 stamina and you hit 400, you're not going to get anymore until you've used up some.
