Will we ever NOT see 1 single Seal Fragment...cult runes and such on the Wheel of Fortune?

I mean, personally, when I land on those, I sure dont feel fortunate, especially if I went and spent 20 IGNOTS on a voucher, and got one of those.

Well, it was just 2-3 weeks ago we did get the Cursed Hidan so, its kinda understandable.

  • What does that matter people who play the game everyday will be the first people to get there and people who dont will have nothing to complain about because they dont play as much as other players your point is irrelevant and youre using an absurd thing like a level 100 cap to make it seem like its impossible
Dont see why you needy people need everything right away. You're already asking for what..a level 90 cap already? Only about 6 months into the game and already pushing to 90 while in CN, thats only bit over 100 if i recall.
