What we can get for field grind ? im runing around on field killing stuff and i see "system:Earned 9400 points" but what are tose points ? its not main char exp ( idk about ninja because all im using are maxed) so what are those points ?

thx for reply but tell me one thing ..its better to exp my main group in field and use food for other set ups ( ranked etc) or just save food for new nins that ill get later and would want to use in my main formation ?
