Because that would be dumb. Some rewards are obviously better than others and shouldn't be the same probablity as the other rewards.

If the Lucky Wheel had every slot the same probablity as the next, somebody lucky could get themselves a 5 star Shurado with a 10 pull. It's just not feasible.

I think its pretty fair that they're weighted differently. However not knowing at all is a bit of a pain. That Shurado could be .0001% or 2%..i Have no idea. on my new server i've seen about 5 people win it through 2 event cycles..but still.

I know someone will say. omg bad business no way theyd tell us. Lets just thank our players(like me :P) who spend way too much and show others the odds. Like how i tell every new player OMG please dont think you'll get a super rare character with 1 10pull..:x

My RNG in the wheels are pretty *ty cause i already spent 600cpn still havent gotten shurado and im a freaking F2p and my grp mate was able to get Shurado in his 2nd draw in wheel:'(

Guys, why do you complain about that... I got only lucky stars and am happy with them, 20 coupons for a medium refine is pretty darn good :D

just to comfort u... i went 98/100 using medium refinement,, *crying in the corner*

LOL I went 194/200 last week hahaha

then the refine rebate event ended.... and it went back down to 144... :'(

I think it's pretty normal in refine system, thanks to 'RNG'.



Saw a few post before with similar results.
To aoid this, always count how many refine you need, the maxed amount and see if you can reach there. Going as close as 194/200 and not completing is pointless. If gear is at rank 4 and you want to upgrade it duing rebate event, just assume it will take about (40+50+75)= 165 or about ~150 med refine runes(for upto rank 7) and about ~150 advanced rune for rank 8.

The gear posted above, got it successful on 196th rune. So far have got 3 gear at rank 8 now, the bar always went over 190 for me.
Seeing the runes wasted like this, have to admit its a rough feeling since all those advanced refines were collected from sage only. :L

All these level 8 refinements are giving me PTSD from my lvl 7 - 8 refinement. Got it at 196.

Well i am in same boat as you and not i guess.
First item to 9 proced at 492...
2nd one at 17... i freezed for 5 seconds then i start jumping around in house :P
