I know that not many people have him, I was lucky enough to get him on my 4th spin (don't hate)... however, he is a tough person to build a team around. I'm mostly a F2P (I have spent some, but very little). I'd LOVE any suggestions for a build with him.

As for Minato . .. I dunno . . .
Does he even have a chase? lol. . .

I think I saw someone using him on my server with an AoE wind team . . not a lot of combos, but it hits hard due to mysteries and AoE. . .and his high power. . .
It was something like S. Naruto, Minato, Wind Main . . and someone else. . eh

Myeah you cant really build a very viable team with him with those ninjas, Konoha and Hashi specificly works wonders with, but since he does not have a chase you need to boost him as much as possible early.

I run Minato in one of two PVP teams: with Ningendo Pein, Konan, and Wind Main, or with Mei, Sage Naruto, and Wind Main. I use his Tag to help deal more damage, but he really only combos with the second team as a combo initiator.

In ranked, I put him with Konan, Ningendo Pein, and Cursed Hidan - supposedly it's terrifying to go up against, but I personally wouldn't know :P

Minato tags, so supposedly Hidan, main, and a healer like kabuto so the clones can be a distraction
