It wouldn't be possible.
Information about the previous group can't be deleted from the server overall.
Also if you're referring to the waiting period, In which people have to go through to join another group.
It's there to prevent people from instantly taking advantage of "Plundering, Convoy. GNW" etc.
Keeps people in check, and also allows people to seek out their options.

as you know, all the servers definitely have a group that is inactive or less active, while the strongest group the second, third, or fourth new member would want to strengthen the group. but most of them remain inactive digroup (no participation GNW, conpoy, Plunder, etc). it would be better if their group is now removed and toward other powerful groups.
with few rules as the less active group / activity within 3 days less than 200/300 will be deleted. it's a good thing because another group definitely needs them
I understand.
However, as I stated before. It's impossible to remove (delete) inactive groups.
Also, it's the players choice to either want to move to active guilds or not. We wouldn't promote players joining a guild forcibly -
