I'm not sure if it is a bug or not, but when your name is red others can attack you. What I think is completely unfair is how the other person can get in a team of 2-3 people then battle you. This makes it close to impossible to win against the plunderers.

Yes

it's intended.
When one plunders it makes the player "Wanted" allowing others to attack them.
It only takes 3 matches. Then you won't be wanted anymore.

Could I ask what that means? Like if i'm in a guild, i can't attack wanted members?

If your guildmate is Wanted, you can't attack him.

There is no downside for being a wanted individual (red name). Those that attack you and win just receive coins as a reward and if you win you get coins. You don't loose anything at all.
The red name is just an after effect of you having succesfully plundered someone else in the first place ;P

You lose 50k, atleast i did in 1 fight i lost but 50k loss for 150 coupons if you win all 3 SS plunders is hardly a complaint really haha :)

Oh my bad then. I thought you just got coins as a reward lol. But yeah trading 50~150k coins for 50~150 coupons is a no brainer :D
