As for Bounty Missions, That's been replaced with "Kakashi's Handbook"

We lose our ability to 'one click' complete which i think was a huge time saver pre 80. Which was a pretty big incentive to get the perk. ($$:P nudge nudge)

Jonin medal holders can still "one click" missions in the Kakashi Handbook, However, there's a certain limit based on the level of the character.
