Sage Treasure is at 60.

As far as which class you should switch to then you should check out their skills to see what the changes are like and just pick which one feels like it'll suit your play style the best. For the ingots I would just save them or do the "Try Your Luck" wheel daily since at the very least you'll convert the 10 ingots into 20 coupons.

I personally would save the seal scrolls for Kage Treasure. Also, next week's events in the Monthly wants you to do two "Draw Ten" in the Summon Treasure so try and save 20 Summon Scrolls for that if you can.

Yeah, except it starts on the 8th I believe and if I remember correctly you can class change at level 60 then you unlock another every 6 levels following that.
