After the release of naruto 2.0 I've noticed an dramatic increase in battle load time. I usually hang 5-6 seconds on 100% just waiting for the battle to begin (ranked battle as an example).

Sage world battlefields is also horrible. Feels like the other ninjas are playing on toasters, taking 20+ sec to just start the battle.
This is no longer a P2W or pvp contest, it's about farming players with the fastest computers.

Any way to fix this locally?
