Right now, it's based on server participation

If you're not able to find any arena opponents, it means that there's nobody playing arena on your server.

In due time, Rank Arena battles will be cross server.
Till then, please be patient

people on the server are all waiting for matching in ranked battle in arena but still no matching. u said there is no playing arena on the server thats why it didnt match but according to the world chat many are waiting and still dont get matched. are this a bug or what?

is there any way to close the matching window for Arena but still try to do matching (similar to doing Team Instance matching) because right now you have to wait and stay on that window. i've waited for about 10-15 mins multiple nights and nothing.

me and my friend are the same rank (six path) now we have que for 14 minutes and still havent battled yet

We have same problem in S284 rigid attack - we match the arena endlessly & find nobody.
Lot of player are asking for arena (ranked) and even if you are jonin, kage or anbu you can't match...
i'm waiting 10min+ each time i can & i'm not the only one trying
Server is new so it's not a lack of players with same ranks
