This is probably true if you're not strong enough to survive the Tailed Beast Bomb. About 75% of the time I can last up until the second Tailed Beast Bomb in round 7, and so I wanted to write out those options for people strong enough to survive up until that point as well.
@Yksirf, not necessarily. I tested this out, and while the amount of damage done might be slightly lower, you can still milk a lot of damage as long as you have all four ninja on the team - Wind Main's +40% passive lasts 5 rounds, WB Asuma's buff will last until the end of round 4, but you'll still have the +40% from Gaara and the +12% from Baki.
Baki doesnt buff other ninjas, he gets a buff for every wind ninja in your team. That is a translation mistake.

- No, it doesnt. The second time you use the barrier, it gives a buff of +0 attack +0 ninjutsu to wind, then stays up until you use Gaara mystery again. but the actual damage buff itself does not apply a second time
