I don't know which ninjas you have, so I can't help you with the lineup. Personally, I use Azure, Kakashi, Hinata and Sasuke with 2 2 2 2 1 with White Snake as summon, it's a 8 combo lineup. But if you need to test more combos, you c*e the simulator http://naruto_en_gmt_bb.oasgames.com/huoying/mnq . It's not yet updated for 2.0 but you can try the combos from this when you fight with a team of Kakashi's clones, to see if the combo works. There is also the chinese version for the simulator, which has the new talents for mains, but i'm not sure if ninja's abilities are the same http://*.qq.com/tool/huoying/mnq.htm

My current Lineup is the same. Azure, Kakashi, Hinata, & Sasuke. But I use different talents.
2,3,3,2,1 with White Snake summon. Can do max 10 combo. I'm in the process of trying to find a new line up myself. But this works pretty well.

Well I can put in my side of input, I can't suggest you a team because I don't even have a team that I like, so I can suggest you to make your own team. How you do this is start with the mains mystery which causes knock down, now you can go to your ninjas and make the pursuit status knockdown into what ever you choose, keep following down that line and you will have a team. You c*so just fit in a summon where ever fit, all up to you :P.

A nice team for your level, till u can unlock the last kage treasure. Is Hinata, Main, Kank (GNW if you have it) Kakashi.

You're skills want to be Regentaive healing Jutsu for Mastery, Healing Jutsu for your attack, Chakra blade for your chase, Neurotoxin for your passive, and water Clone. For Summon you want Ninja Dog Shiba.

Here how you want to order them. (Going from top to bottom.
Hinata in the first row top,
Main in the middle row mid.
Kank in the back row top, so the puppet will stand behind Hinata
Kakashi in the back row middle. Right behind the Main.
That will put your water clone in front of you, and Kakashi's water clone on the side of you.
