  • No Minato did not cause knockdown with his spec previously unless he did it on a tagged target. The revise on barriers imply they are triggered the MOMENT you do dmg now.

    Irukas shield is now determined by each individuals resistance instead of his own (meaning they will get different amount of shields)
Yup those 2 are the only ones I've noticed.
The Iruka one is quite big, you cant just mood him to resistance now and get a big a$$ shield for everyone
