now iruka is a sub par ninja... jiraya sannin war was meant to lower arena stats first round .. now he is near useless for that... mintao got stronger... harishima will need to be determined

jiraya lowers resistance not attack and ninjutsu... causing lower damage for the first round of huge stats in arena.... lower resistance is useless for lightning main or earth main...
iruka shields everyone yes... but on their paltry resistance while he sports a high resistance growth stat and say... any main doesnt... no need to use him anymore unless you have mintao or third hokage to boost everyones resistance... at least til that gets lowered too
