It would be nice when they tell us if they plan to fix certain bugs, all we're ever told is "Thank you, we'll send this to the team"

One big one that comes to example, people, as well as myself, have been bringing up the bug with Pain-Jigokudo, and it hasnt been addressed, and its been months.

And how many do you suggest be in a bracket? Players with 30-35k might have to fight all the 40k+ and it wouldn't be fair for them, same goes for the 25k people who fight others that are lets say 29k. I'd be difficult to do a good placement that makes everyone happy.

Then you would have people purposely not upgrading power, but upgrading initiative and high end ninjas. No matter what you can game the system. The "only" reason to stay low level is sage, and thats for older servers too. You get better TI/Wanted missions/ list could go on for a while, too lazy to list everything. Sure all those advanced refines are good. On older servers though I do agree a power based bracket is probably better, but its really not a big difference either way.

Spenders want to get victories amongst their levels, not to get rekt by top levels.

Why would 30k fight 20k? See where I am heading :lol It'd be difficult and could lead to a loss of players for sage wars.

Only works until you get to a point where there aren't enough people to split up sage world. Level 80s and 30s running around together. Sage World becomes Sad World. xD

The simplest solution is to not have hard bracket, but instead say if there are >60 people, then it split down the middle, going by the ranking, level or power.

That way, no one will always be the top of the lower bracket, instead, the median peeps will end up on top of lower bracket sometimes and bottom of higher bracket at other times, would be rather fair IMO. This is due to the fluctuation of how many people higher/lower than them that joins sage, and with 60+ participants, which is required for split, there is guaranteed to be some fluctuation.
