Since you dont have any ninjas that is a barrier type except jirobo it will be hard. An earth main needs alot of defense and offense line up. Even if it is already given that Earth mains are defensive but in battle his defenses can still be easily overcome by firemains or status like immobility chaos poison.
The best way is to always guard your line up.

Below is a lineup suitable enough that works great too interms of defense and offense that gives you both chaos advantage that can give damage to the entire line.
