I have no clue whatsoever who came up with the idea of hurrying this big of an update this much. I'm very positive on the face that players would really like to get an update note on something this big with atleast 24h advance.
Seems like I might be the only one saying this but 2.0 coming a week later, with a well timed update note - something you've never done btw - would be a better thing to do.

I agree. It feels so rushed that even devs dont know what will be there. Yuusuke's answers kinda makes me feel that I am right about it.
Well... I don't wanna jinx it but we all know what is happening if Oasis Games rushes things *cough*Anko test *cough* 6-8h delays *cough*
I hope I'm wrong and everything will be ok and it won't be another middle finger with 'shhhhhhh and play the game'.
Sorry for being so sceptical. Well... at least Tobi will be nerfed so I wont suffer 15k dmg on my ninjas anymore ;) -
