Save some coupons and buy Iruka as soon as he comes with a event :) Iruka is almost a must for fire team 9tails. Then do SB, Anko, Iruka, Guy

If you get Asuma WB replace Guy, go SB, Anko, Iruka, Asuma WB
If you get Mei, go SB, Mei, Iruka, Tenten (or even better, Tenten GNW if you get her too).
Edit: Iruka isn't really p2w, you can get him 2* really cheap (coupons). And Asuma WB you should start soon, if not already, getting his fragments in Survival Trial and events, so also obtainable being f2p.

some things should be a priority and iruka is one. when ppl decide to start over fresh on a new server, the first thing they spend coupon/ingots on is 99% iruka.

Umm Unparalleled requires you to kill the enemy with fire main's mystery, which won't happen so why use the talent? :D

Edit: oh it does 50% to summons, then yes definitely use that instead of Oboro clone
