naruto-kyubi chakra is pretty dope if played as the main ninja of a team. A poison tai water main makes it totally * (fire + burn awawa) and with eventually a kabuto to help him stack up its attack, well, its damage are raw bull* and the nuke on his mystery is hard.
It c*so be buffed by iruka and one of the very few by killer bee

Well, imo, he would be A tier, but he really need a team revolving around him, so I guess he'd be B rank for practical reasons.

I was talking about naruto ninetails 3* of course xD
it was written at the end of the post that you lacked knowledge about this ninja, I was just adding some infos for that :v

2* is kinda low tier anyway. Too low stats and single target mystery is meh, even though I liked him a lot xD
