I already cleared the cache, my internet connection is fast. I already updated the flashplayer, I tried to log in in mini client, the same problem. The game wont load. Please help me.

Hey

By any chance is the internet based on the Philippines?
If so, I'd suggest using a VPN. Should fix the issue at hand.
