Why replace tobi when Konan buffs him, grants him chase, can initiate combo for him, and the two still fit in a team with ao without requiring you to switch your main?

I mean, even after the nerf he will functionally be fine with konan, since she gives him a shield which helps cir*vent the revive loss. I just don't understand what you're looking for when Ramyeoni gave you pretty much exactly what you needed?
