There are 3 things that take precedence about who attack first.
1. Prompt Skill
No matter if u are faster n have 1st movement of the enemy, if u dont have prompt skill then the enemy will attack first.
2. Movement
If u have prompt skill then u must have movement 1. No matter if u have prompt skill n great initiative but u are in 2nd movement, enemies who were in the 1st movement will attack first.
3. Initiative
If u have condition number 1 n 2, increase your speed then u will be faster of the enemy.
But in the case of arena n trial, many ppl argue initiative will be ac*ulate from team but i doubt it.

every ninja have initiative own self. so if move 1 from u'r team have 1000 and move 1 from u'r enemy have 1001, u'r enemy will get 1st turn, its just for move 1, and it will be same for move 2, if u'r ninja move 2 have 500 and u'r enemy have 488 so u'r ninja will get 1st turn for move 2. all same for move 3 and 4

Each ninja in details has different number under "initiative" it all depends on gear they have, and how refined/purified it is

All ninja i have just 69.

About arena, I'm not sure if average initiative is taken into account.

But for survival, I can confirm that it takes your average initiative while your opponent's initiative remains same on each ninja.

I usually have one ninja(chase starter in order 1) quite high initiative, others mostly still at rank 4. Many times in survival opponent's order 1 ninja will out-speed mine, but when I checked their gears from ranking, none of them had refine/initiative higher than my 1st order ninja but rather rank 5/6 on most gears.
So the only way they can out-speed me is if their refine stays same while mine is taken as average.

Oh ok no wonder, sometimes i lost my speed with low level.

69 initiative? Or maybe you meant 6.9k? Well, either way, under "details" in your character interface, the initiative stat is individual for each ninja in team

Just 69 without equip.

That comes either from base initiativr of a ninje, or battle armor. When you look at your ninjas in team (those equipped with gear), you should see higher numbers, that vary between ninjas
