Wow,
This thread actually shows that either the population of this game is quite young (probably under 13 years old) or that its not very intellectually blessed. I am just amazed with all the hate towards a char that everyone could get and use at 5 stars and no one actually understanding where his strengths were. The most ridiculous comment was "Ugh - his damage is insane and the fact that he revives is even more annoying" - my answer to that is: Oh my god, really ? Maybe you should consider using Orochimaru in that case who has more auto-attack dmg and higher base stats and can revive even more times ? Or Hidan who can revive more and has higher damage ? Others will say OMG the evade - that has some truth to that, but still irrelevant as we have things like Itachi who can evade possibly even more, and can sleep on Auto-attack. The problem with tobi were his ignites on ult, chase and auto-attack and the chase dmg. Chase dmg - no secret that that was too much. Ignites were just absurd - if he initiates, even if the enemy would have 2 or even 3 reflects - the enemy would still get the ignite and a massive chase. That being said - I dont mind him getting the nerf as long as its not China level where he becomes completely useless.
First, get that ad hominem away if you want to join an adult discussion
Second, I don't care about his "strong", "weak" or anything. I don't hate him, but I hate the fact that 90% people on my server use him and it make the game super boring because everyone just abuse the same tactic over and over. I want him to be "changed", so that people actually use their brain to think for another strategy keeping the game fresh and exciting.
Third, he literally gets sage mode inplace of his revive so I wouldn't call that useless -
