He is not Uchiha, he just looks edgy lol, he doesn't have Sharingan or use any Dojutsu, just has red eyes same way how Karin has red eyes or Konan has orange but they don't have eye based powers.
His Kekkai Genkai is something to do with Red Lotus skills he has i think, probably combination of Fire Release and Yin Release, well Fire one is obvious and most of Genjutsu falls under Yin release and he does that a lot. It might be his ability to control others people chakra, that seems like rare skill. -

- I like to pretend he is Uchiha. I mean he has so many Uchiha abilities. Sleep gens like Itachi, genjutsu mirror returns like he has a doujutsu, and he uses fire style? I'm sorry Sasuke but you are not the last of your clan.
To me he seems be very very heavily based on Kurenai rather then anything Uchiha, the only difference i see is they gave him Fire release. I mean look at his profile on main page and look at Kurenais;
Both masters of Genjutsu.
Both use Ninjutsu and Taijutsu and help those 2 with Genjutsu.
Both specialize in seeing through enemies skills and quick thinking fighting.
Both can reflect effects on the user.
Both can do seals.
Both have red eyes but aren't Dojutsu. -

You are mistaken for discounting the fire good sir. All of what you just described also paints a picture for an Uchiha. In fact if you go based on what you have wrote down, and include the fire, suddenly he has much more in common with Uchiha than Kurenai. Well except that part about "aren't doujutsu", but that part is pure speculation. And here is why:
His eyes are red, because he has awakened his sharingan at long last. Scarlet Blaze -is- the last real Uchiha, sorry Sasuke. Get that punk ass lightning out of here. (j/k don't want to offend any lightning mains.) -

It would mean he is Scarlet Yuhi, not Scarlet Blaze :D Or maybe he is from an ancient extinct Blaze Clan, which would actually... be quite cool :D -

I would have argued that he can't have sharigan due to not having sharigan tag....
then I realised that itachi doesn't have sharigan
sasuke (regular) is not a uchiha
obito (boy) doesn't have kekkei genkai nor sharigan (this might be correct, if it only counts if it's awakened)
Tobi (regardless of if it's Madara or Obito) doesn't have uchiha, kekkei genkai or sharigan....
I'm gonna say missing tag is just a fact of life.... -
