SA means Strong Approaching. Its a way to get stuff for Battle Armor which you unlock around 45 I want to say. Don't quote me on that.

But what you can quote me on, I'd go for medium refines in that event. They will help you gain a good amount of power once you get your refinements up a bit.

I was a lightning main when I started and then I switched to earth main. I only had trouble beating fire mains who had 3k power more than me which was only two people at that time. So fire main doesn't equal unbeatable. In my opinion power matters most of all. Plus to spend ingots or coupons on ninja is very expensive. At the same time all the power in the world will do you no good if you are rocking kakashi and guy. Its a very fine line you must walk. But I'd spend 80% power and 20% ninja. It's a good balance.

If you can manage to hold out and save up seals from events until you get to sage you can get pretty good ninja there that will last you a while. Of course stalling until Kage treasure would be best (For the time being), but it might not be doable. Me personally I decided to skip Kage and wait even longer. But I'm playing the longest of all games.
