Sai is very usefull, I got him on my 70 lvl, and I wont change him until I'll got someone very powerful. He can do 2 lions clones with use 0 mana, and he an attack Hinata even when she use her mystery. He is great for combos, especially with team Hinata+Sasuke (and Hinata GNW).
