Looks ok. It is stated that GNW Sai will be an event gain ninja anyways. His skill sets looks decent for a ranked team. Nice mystery to seal off annoying ninjas like hidan orochimaru etc (If they're killed off by it of course).Looks likely to replace normal naruto for that passive. However, the jiraiya is definitely a -1.
