Regarding refinement event. I levelled up one item 3 to 4 and didn't receive anything. This wish thing is an item to apear on my inventory right? I see nothing.

Ok. Didn't understood the "WTF" part but so what is this wishing point? Is it the maintaining the points from previous level?
