In terms of how much he gives;

Earth Style - Super Stone Fist Jutsu - 50% of resistance as shield to himself
Earth Style - Petryfying Jutsu - 20% of resistance to 2 ninjas
Steel Body - +100% resistance!!!, yes this doubles his shields
