When I equipped it and went to my character details I noticed it gives me the value. Is it true they are not working? Reply

They do, but the % they give is very small so it's just hard to notice unlike water, fire, lightning, etc chakra . That's also why those chakra worth more :lol

dont sell them, just keep them their, they are not worth anything at the moment, but i believe they will fix it somehow in the future

Tried with the kakashi clones but with a Corrosion Chakra (nin pen) and and my main does around 3100 - 3400 without it and with it it does mostly 3200 - 3500 approx so i guess you are right.
