Already I am on my way of convincing my group to try and go for last place in the GNW. Just so we can give packs out to everyone. It doesn't break up the GNW as it will make it more competitive to see who gets last place.

it is not all about 1 person but helping as many as possible. The difference between a legendary and an elite is 4 seal scrolls not that much in the long term even when handing out multiple packs to multiple players.

And there will be less competition and resentment over who gets a pack or not.

Ok, a difference of 5. Still doesn't change the fact that people want to feel rewarded for the work they put in. Less packs means more squabbling for packs.

Yes, run to a new server and create more dead servers.

There are going to be less packs the higher the ranking goes. So even if rank 1 is 9 packs as normal getting more packs would still be better for bigger groups. Less fighting over packs. When you have a group size of 90 and 40-50 people show up then people can go for over a month without getting a pack. People like the people and the group and have bonds of friendship that hold us together.

When you come from a merged server then you can talk as we constantly have 8 groups in the GNW. We want packs for certain but we aren't going to trade friendship for more packs.

More packs > Better rewards for larger groups it really doesn't change things all that much. The rewards have to be astronomically higher to risk the extra pressure of less packs and thus less rewards to those who deserve something for their time and support.
