Higher level survival pretty much requires 3 good teams.

I typically end up easily getting to map 2 + a couple stages with one alt healer team.

Then make it to last stage with my second team being pretty beat up, so you just try and do as much damage as you can to last stage by retreating early a couple times if needed.

Then you just mop up with your last team.
