Cap was just raised like a month ago...I think some time for new players/casuals to catch up a bit should be given, and I'm 85.

Well there suppose to be a level increase(to Lv90) but you gain more exp to...(new player level faster) .There also balance to ninja's (Tobi nerf but get back up when book system is implemented).

the 90 level increase didn't come till after 2.0

This is not bug. I explained it when we were fixing this issue.

What actually happened - When we increased level cap, we had to add new instances (both plot and elite). Unfortunately, players were able to see last 3 instances too. Players who met this problem will be able to see them, but they won't be able to fight them (until we will increase level cap of course). However, players that reached level 80 after we fixed this problem, won't be able to see last 3 instances until we will increase level cap.

I hope it makes sense.

Can we just get a patch log with the changes included? I don't think that's too much to ask for.
