Its reasonably safe to assume that the 2.0 update will occur on the normal server maintenance day, so a Thursday. Given the size of the update & stability tests that need to be conducted afterwards, I'd plan on allowing for extra downtime.

we were told 2-3 weeks last week, if they cant wait that long then they are better off just quitting now since this game isnt made to be played 1 week and be done with everything
