Hello,

My server recently went through a merger and there was a Recharge Rebate event. I've participated daily by recharging everyday to take advantage of the 50% Recharge Rebate discount event. Today is the last day and I have recharged a total of 41200 gold ingots but have only recieved 8370 coupons, which is not 50%, as advertised. I've submitted a ticket on the 24th, but i understand that its a holiday and customer service reps might be off-duty and spending time with their families.

I've looked for help through the forums and also found people on Kaizer's discord, who were very helpful in assisting me with directions and steps to take. I am leaving this info here as well as my opened ticket, thank you.
