I'm curious about something else though..

Can you please list the rate of increased stat for tactic level and about how many page required for each level.

So far, 1 scroll to activate it, 20 for level 2 and 30 for lvl 3 ..
I know it works like the refinement, with chance of success at lower usage, still would like to know the exact max values..
