I've gotten two 30% Discount vouchers in my last two pulls...if that's what you're asking. Those are the only rares I've pulled so far, though.

Spent 1k ignots, got 90% coins and a few seal frags.... my alt got 50% vouchers on 2 free pulls T_T

I was trying to get the 50% discount voucher as it was medium refines tdy and I saw a couple of my group mates got it from free pulls. Spent 2k ingots, got 9 30% discount voucher instead.

Spent 500 ingots to try to get the 50% discount but failed got 2 summon scrolls and rest half 2 purif scrolls and rest 30k coins.

I got 4 30% voucher at one go on my 1000th ingot, like seriously?lol

I don't know the hell did they do or is bugged with the rate, but for all the people I know it has been very unstable. A friend of mine spend 20 pulls and has got 2 30% and 1 50%, meanwhile another do the same but not even a single voucher. But I still see voucher pop up a lot in the free pull. The rate (from my perspective not assuming pls dont ban me mud) is around 6%/voucher.
Anyway, if you wanna spend on the event I suggest you to wait until the 2 last day of the event. I have a strong feeling that kage ninja (or new rare) is gonna pop up in the last day of the event since there hasn't been any new rare for this week until now.

I feel like wheel of fortune needs to go a long way before it's good value for money getting 1 seal fragment all the time or 30k is frankly insulting

I find it interesting that something is making the wheel extremely generous for some players and very stingy for others lol

do voucher discounts get applied on top of the daily discount? or off the original price?
also if I get a 50% voucher does it apply to all 4 items in the shop or only 1 item category

I manged to get 50% discount was able to purchase konan for about 2k coupons/ingots
Did not get it though since i dont really need her :) so used it for summon scrolls instead. about 50-60 summons scrolls i Believe . spent about 1.3k? ingots.. around there so not too badfor 50 something summon scrolls i guess
