Haven't gotten to exam 120, but based on the youtube video, you might be able to something like the exam 100 water main team: Hinata + Naruto + Zabuza,

but with flipped setup. e.g. :

x - water main - hinata
zabuza - zabuza clone
x - naruto - x

No one seems immune to poison/immobilization, although I am not sure if hashirama has the bloodthirsty demon passive.

Is it possible to let Earth main use his mystery first? Can you still get Hinata mystery after before Jiraiya starts smashing?
Edit: I've also occassionally been successful at getting reactions faster on ninja exam by turning on auto for a small window.

You don't Hinata at start, you wait till he use 20 Chakra on Hashirama. Because Jiraya is blinded, he will skip action and won't give 20 Chakra so earth main cannot interrupt on turn 1.
