You don't Hinata at start, you wait till he use 20 Chakra on Hashirama. Because Jiraya is blinded, he will skip action and won't give 20 Chakra so earth main cannot interrupt on turn 1.

That's pretty much all Ninja Exams involving Hinata lol, i remember on 100 she also used to take dmg round 1 90% of tries. Oh and don't expect 100% sleep rate either :lol
